In 2018, Questar Asset Management (“Questar”) participated in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (“SEC”) Share Class Selection Disclosure Initiative (“SCSD Initiative”), a self-reporting initiative launched by the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. Under this initiative, Questar self-reported violations of the federal securities laws relating to certain mutual fund share-class-selection issues and agreed to return money owed to affected clients. Clients who were determined to be owed $10 or more are being notified and will be issued payments. The SEC provided a de minimis exception for clients owed less than $10, and such clients will not receive a refund from Questar. If you were a Questar client and have any questions about this initiative, you may submit inquiries via e-mail to compliance@us.questarcapital.com.
